Acceptance the Use of Ozi Auto Parts Terms and Conditions
1. General
By continuing to place order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.
2. Pricing
All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, Ozi Auto Parts will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.
2.a Shipping
Freight costs for overseas shipping will need to be quoted, fixed price shipping does not apply to overseas orders. We reserve the right to change shipping carrier at any time, shipping quotes will although be made by Australia Post.
3. Credit Cards
Ozi Auto Parts use Pin Payments to make credit card transactions.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
Handling Fees and nonrefundable.
Freight cost are nonrefundable.
Ordered in error - No longer required
On receipt of the parts, we will refund the parts providing they are returned within 14 days of delivery, and in a saleable condition, return freight costs to paid by customer. No refunds will be made for parts that have been fitted.
Ordered correctly - Wrong parts supplied
If at any time the information provided to us is incorrect and/or the vehicle has been modified or upgraded from factory standards and the supplied parts do not fit based on VIN, we will refund the parts within 14 days that are unused and in a sale-able condition. Carriage costs are to be paid by customer.
Ordered correctly - Wrong parts supplied
If the reason for return is the result of our error, we will refund the parts and carriage costs, providing they are returned within 14 days, they have not been fitted and are in a sale-able condition.
Damaged goods on arrival
Damaged goods need to be reported immediately to transport company by receiver. If the goods are damaged whilst in transport to you, we will make a claim with the transport company. We hold no liability with damaged goods after they are dispatched.
Damage caused through incorrect installation is not covered.
4.a Warranty
Faulty parts
All parts supplied are guaranteed against manufacturing defaults for a minimum of 12 month 20,000 Km, whichever occurs first.
In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing fault, a warranty claim will be made with our supplier(s). Warranty claims for parts must be returned to Ozi Auto Parts at your own expense.
Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered from the lack of understanding of how the part works. We will provide a report of why the part(s) failed and if damaged.
To return parts
Please send back the parts securely wrapped, along with your invoice and a letter stating the reason for the return.
We recommend that you use a (tracked) delivery service.

Deposit Information
Certain products (mainly calipers and boosters) are re-manufactured. To ensure the old unit is returned, a deposit charge is added at point of sale. Deposit refunds will be issued upon the receipt of the old unit (must correspond to the unit supplied) providing the unit is complete and suitable for re-manufacturing.

Refunds will not be issued if:
Units are incomplete or unserviceable.
Caliper bleed screws or inlets are stripped or beyond repair.
Castings are damaged etc.
Brake booster casings damaged, plastic booster type broken or cracked.
To Recondition your own Brake Component/Unit send your old unit to our supplier.
Include your details before shipping.
Please note you must purchase the item on our site before we can recondition it.

5. Return Procedure
In order to return a product(s), you can visit the web site, log in, and then click on RMA's. To organize a return this way you must know your sales order number. You can find this on our web site also. Otherwise please contact our support staff, at admin@oziautoparts.com.au. You will then be advised of the simplest way to return your goods.
6. Warranty
Ozi Auto Parts offers no warranty on products above that which is offered by the relevant manufacturer. All parts supplied are guaranteed against manufacturing defaults for a minimum of 12month 20,000 Km, whichever occurs first. 7. Ratings and Reviews
All ratings and reviews submitted to the site by customers or guests become the property of Ozi Auto Parts, and can be used in any way that Ozi Auto Parts deems appropriate.

The contents of Ozi Auto Parts website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
9. Change of Use
Ozi Auto Parts reserves the right to:
9.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Ozi Auto Parts shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
9.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

14. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
